We are seeking a Ticket Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, and account management. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. The role will involve technical sales and the use of Salesforce to manage accounts and leads.
Duties:
- Develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts
- Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships with clients
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and account information
- Work with technical team to provide solutions to clients
- Attend industry events to network and promote our products
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in sales or account management
- Experience with technical or technology sales preferred
- Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
