EXPERIENCED WORKER/FOREMAN

POSITION SUMMARY

Seeking experienced Telecommunications employee to join our team.

This position is responsible for installation and maintenance of fiber, coax, and structured wiring in the telecommunications industry. We need people who are hardworking, dependable, and physically capable. Position requires work in the upstate of South Carolina and occasionally western North Carolina.

ESSENTIAL/REQUIRED DUTIES -

• Proficient in all phases of building and installation of coax, fiber, & structured wiring
• Pole transfers
• Hand dig trenches/handholes
• Ability to setup and maintain a safe work area, access various installation spaces, and work in varying outside conditions
• Operate a bucket truck, underground installation machinery, as well as standard cable tools and equipment
• Understanding of boring equipment, including missile and directional boring (operational experience preferred)
• Understanding of installation of conduit, cable and vaults
• Able to lift 100 lbs

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• MUST be at least 18 years old
• MUST be able to pass a background check & drug screening
• MUST have experience in our field; management experience a plus
• Clean driving record and a valid drivers license required; Commercial driver's license a plus
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7am-5pm

Salary dependent on experience.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
