PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Handle all aspects of bill rating, correction and adjustment consistent with NMFC tariff regulations and Peninsula Truck approved pricing negotiated with customers. Provide prompt and accurate quotes to customers, sales and internal staff. Rate and adjust bills for Peninsula customers. Assist co-workers and other Peninsula staff as needed to achieve excellence in every transaction and superior customer service.
