Technology Research Manager jobs in Kansas

My client is an International Global manufacturer of Industrial products and solutions to some of the largest OEMs in the World. They are experiencing major growth throughout their business and are looking to continue with this. They are currently looking for a Plant Human Resources Manager for a key facility in Kansas.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Employee Relations and Complaint Investigations Resolution.
• Develop, implement, and enforce HR Policies and Procedures.
• Provide support to other team members to help develop, maintain, and enhance process and systems.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to assist with Plant and Field locations.
• Work closely with the onsite leadership teams on HR strategic planning.
• Identify and prioritize process improvement projects, which contribute to the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Delegate work set high standards of performance and assign clear goals for his/her team.
• Motivate, coach, and inspire team to optimize performance and career growth.

Preferred Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is required. PHR/SPHR or equivalent is ideally required. Masters is a major benefit.
• Will have strong generalist experience ideally gained from comparable production/manufacturing/assembly organizations coupled with first rate Employee Relations abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including written, verbal communication & presentation skills. With the ability to interact with not only team members but also all levels of the organization and external organizations.
• Ability to identify, define and implement improvement ideas whilst demonstrating strong management and organizational skills.
• Have strong persuasive & negotiation skills to successfully manage not only conflict resolutions but also to initiate/lead change.
• Competency with appropriate office software tools including Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and use of HRIS systems required.

Salary Package:
