We are looking for expressions of interest from those who can provide subject matter expertise within LNG plant operations, utilities, and storage/loading terminals to support documentation development by reviewing existing engineering drawings and data to write SOPs, Maintenance Proce-dures, and Plant Operating Manuals.
As a technical specialist, you will support our writing team,over an 8-12 month period, with content development including:- Ensuring that all content is written to be in compliance with safety regulations.
- Reviewing technical data and drawings to develop detailed technical design and operating specifications and steps.
- Contributing to the creation of training materials and testing of operator knowledge.
- Providing technical insight for development of content for SOPs including:
- Normal Startup and Shutdown
- Emergency Shutdown
- Abnormal Operations & Troubleshooting
- Providing technical knowledge to develop corrective maintenance procedures (including step by step responses to equipment failures, repair, and/or replacement procedures).
- Over 10 years of experience with LNG operations.
- Understand how to read and analyze technical documentation and drawings to develop SOPs, Maintenance Procedures, etc.
- Have knowledge of LNG regulatory requirements to write content that is in compliance with existing regulations.
- Can work as part of a larger team to develop over 300 documents.
- May be available to work a hybrid schedule in our Houston office.
