Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Senior Technical Trainer will lead and drive to completion all assigned duties to enable the Technical Training Department to provide equipment training to customers and internal service personnel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in the semiconductor industry and 3 years' of training experience.
