Technical Trainer creates and conducts technical training programs. Determines training objectives. Being a Technical Trainer writes training programs, including outline, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises. Lectures on the safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment. Additionally, Technical Trainer administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Technical Trainer occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. SUMMARY:
Field Trainers is to provide the necessary skills to aid and train apprentices daily. Following the training coordinator’s assignments and reporting cases back with results from the training with the individual apprentices by filling out corrective action forms, checklists, and training summaries.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Blazemaster, OSHA 10 or 30, and CPR/First Aid training must be obtained within the first 3 months of employment.
