    We are actively seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our North America Technical Support Team. This individual will be the key to our success in building relationships and supporting our New Balance Manufacturing locations. At New Balance, we seek active learners who love to use modern technology to solve challenging problems. You will be working with the latest technologies and frameworks, as well as working together with the rest of the team to push New Balance as an innovator for years to come.

    MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Perform troubleshooting and identification of applicable problems relating to PC’s/MAC, applications, and basic network communications.
    • Engage throughout the lifecycle of a ticket, including research and communication of status to users.
    • Provide administrative support for business applications to end users.
    • Work with additional IT staff to manage ticket assignments and issue resolution.
    • Monitor Service Desk queue (voicemail, e-mail, and ticketing system) for support inquiries.
    • Administrating users, groups, & permissions in Azure/Entra AD.
    • Mobile device management using centralized control applications (iOS and Android)
    • Departmental purchasing to include order creation, receiving and inventory control of equipment/supplies.
    • Contribute to our Knowledge database by creating Knowledge articles.
    • Support of Retail sites and understanding of POS (Point of Sale) systems
    • Preferred: Knowledge of Windows, MAC, Intune, Zscaler and Azure MFA

    REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, network support position
    • Highly organized and self-motivated.
    • Passion for teamwork and problem solving.
    • Be familiar with and capable of supporting and troubleshooting common business technologies, particularly Microsoft products (including Office365)
    • Deliver excellent customer service onsite and via the telephone/remote applications.
    • Must be well spoken, organized, detailed-oriented, dependable, and flexible.
    • Experience with:
      • Autopilot for device imaging.
      • Apple, Microsoft, and Android devices
      • Mobile Device Management (JAMF, Intune & Workspace One)
      • Presenting and developing training materials to all levels of the organization
      • Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles
      • ITSM tools such as Fresh Service
    • 1 years of experience with:
      • Automation tools & patch management solutions
    • Troubleshooting & managing network equipment for a global organization
    • Working with 3rd party vendors and contractors
