Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are a professional and technical services firm with a dual focus on our employees and clients, with numerous Department of Energy (DOE) and commercial contracts across the United States.

Job Description:
The Technical Recruiter will drive and direct all recruitment efforts and processes including sourcing, reviewing applicants, evaluating position requirements, conducting prescreening interviews, and assisting in the interview process between the candidate and our client. The Technical Recruiter should also be innovative and possess a creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing and continuously changing environment.
Job Duties:
- Responsible for receiving and processing technical job orders; as well as sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to our clients.
- Recruit talent through multiple social media platforms such as really and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Develop and track metrics of recruiting campaigns through detailed progress reports.
- Create and maintain a database of potential candidates to decrease efforts required to identify and capture talent.
- Primary focus on Southeast Regional Office recruiting efforts; yet support company-wide recruiting activities.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be willing and able to participate in improving an ongoing process that helps an office work group evolve into a cohesive unit.
- Must be able to prioritize and complete tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Possess excellent professional oral, written, and grammatical communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Well-organized, flexible, and able to prioritize a diversified workload.
- Customer service-oriented professional with the ability to effectively interact with active candidates and our clients.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Experience:
- Two (2) to ten (10) years of relevant recruiting experience (preferably in the nuclear, DOE, and/or engineering).
- Strong technical skills in PC operating systems; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook), data entry, and database management.
- Proficient in ATS and operations software (e.g. Bullhorn).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting technical personnel (e.g. engineers in multiple disciples) across DOE complex.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
