OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Technical Support & NFA Clerk. Under minimal supervision, will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them with their inquiries and needs. Answering phones, emails, tech support, processing client orders, and processing NFA forms. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a passion for firearms and customer service to thrive in a dynamic environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provides general customer service via phone, email, and in person
· Provides tech support to customers as well as end users
· Sales and data entry
· Maintains, organizes, and updates customer required licenses
· Provides QA and packaging of accessories
· Process NFA applications and ATF Forms: filing, reviewing, and finalizing in a timely manner
· Provides assistance and back up support to office staff when needed
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor

· Strong prioritization and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with people at all levels of the
organization
· Responsive, action-oriented, driven, self-starter, and a team player
· Proficient in the use of computers
· Firearms industry experience, interest, and knowledge strongly preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
· Ability to occasionally lift approximately 40 lbs
· Regularly reaches, sits, stands and/or walks for up to 8 hours

Starting wage $20.00 DOE
