Tax Attorney jobs in the United States

Orlando Tax Law is looking to hire an Associate Tax Attorney with 1 – 10 years of experience. We are a high end boutique law firm practicing ONLY tax controversy and litigation and have cases involving IRS audit and collection matters, Tax Court and District Court litigation cases, as well as Florida Department of Revenue cases (and other state taxing authorities).

We are looking for an attorney who is compassionate and cares about the clients; someone who wants to stay with us for the long haul, doing meaningful and impactful work while maintaining a good work-life balance and flexibility. We are a friendly, family-oriented office. We are in casual dress so long as there are no client or IRS appointments. We have support staff to assist on cases and a limited case inventory so we can work cases proactively.

You are a key player in our team and will handle client matters in a smooth, friendly, efficient and empathetic manner. Tax law is far from boring and involves way more than numbers. You must be a highly motivated self-starter, detail and follow-through oriented, have great language skills and work well independently and as part of a team. You have a positive and friendly personality as well as a strong work ethic. You are accountable for your actions, love technology and love what you do. You are honest, trainable and are motivated by helping people.
