Colville is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Human Resources team. Working under the Chief People Officer and the HR Manager, you will be responsible for streamlining the recruiting and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring cycle.
This role will handle the ins and outs of hiring, recruiting, and project management from Job Post to Date of Hire for all candidates.
Colville has doubled in size within the last seven months and continues to grow, nearly over 250 Headcount. Working as a T&A Specialist you will manage all aspects of job post management (requisitions), candidate interview selection, progression and screening, to the final steps of onboarding new hires.
