We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our team of Talent Acquisition Specialists at Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque.

Your Role: As our Talent Acquistion Manager, you'll be at the helm, providing leadership, vision, and support to our dedicated team of recruiters and support staff. You'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for all candidates. From talent pipelining to partnership management with colleges and job boards, you'll be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategies. Hybrid schedule with 1 day WFH.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute diversified sourcing strategies, including targeted outreach and innovative job postings.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within our recruitment strategies.
- Lead the development of employment marketing approaches, utilizing emerging technologies and social media to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to design leadership training programs for hiring managers.
- Forecast hiring needs and manage recruitment budgets effectively.
- Drive recruitment events to raise awareness of CNM.
- Develops and manages data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotions, and overall department metrics.
- Leads the development and implementation of employment marketing approaches for recruiting talent, including utilizing emerging technologies (i.e., social media), employment branding, and recognizing opportunities to market the college to diverse populations.
- Manages external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and HR software vendors.
- Creates diversified sourcing strategies, including referral networks, targeted outreach, and differentiated job postings.
- Works with DEI to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within recruiting strategies.
