    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Communicate with each lead efficiently to convert them to clients
    • Inform and share detailed home information with internal team to obtain price for clients
    • Negotiate an offer with the client and complete all necessary documentation
    • Manage key relationships with internal staff and management, clients, competitors, industry associations, and other sources regarding potential growth opportunities for business
    • Convey the brand promise “Feel the Joy” experience each step of the way to ensure a simple, stress free, trustworthy, straightforward, caring and personalized service
    • Close deals
    • Daily reporting of sales activities
    • Maintain and exceed company quotas
    • Attend in-person meetings with property owners

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Team player
    • 8 years’ sales experience, real estate knowledge is a plus
    • Self-starter
    • Strategic thinker
    • Approachable & ability to establish relationships
    • Great attention to detail
    • Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker
    • Excellent follow-up skills
    • Ability to set and close appointments
    • Loves to talk with different kinds of people
    • Must be motivated to succeed in a highly unstructured and competitive environment
    • You must have a clear speaking voice and better than great communication skills
    • You must be able to articulate a clear message through email
    • Entrepreneurial spirit
    • Ability to use seasoned judgement/risk management
    • Ability to obtain Real Estate License (can obtain after hire)
    • Proven ability to develop positive and collaborative working relationships
    • Demonstrated drive, initiative, adaptability, creativity, and ability to think & act strategically

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
