Firetrol Protection Systems is a leading provider of fire protection and life safety services. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team and support our recruitment processes.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition, including:- Assisting with job postings and advertising
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Conducting phone screens and initial candidate assessments
- Managing candidate records and applicant tracking system
- Assisting with background checks and reference checks
- Assisting with recruitment events and career fairs
- Providing general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Director
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or HR preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
