Operates and modifies machine to increase information system capacity. Being a Systems Capacity Analyst recommends hardware acquisitions and evaluates practicability of vendor's proposal. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Systems Capacity Analyst typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Systems Capacity Analyst typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Summary
JOB SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Supervisor for Supply Chain Informatics, the Sr. Analyst will be responsible for implementation, enhancement and support of the Supply Chain Management Enterprise Resource Planner (ERP) for LifeBridge Health. The Sr. Analyst will possess a strong working knowledge of Supply Chain, Finance, and various IT platforms as well as strong customer service and communication skills to provide on-going support for end users.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Administrative Performs administrative duties as part of the IS support team.
- Analysis Analyzes large data sets to help ensure a reliable and stable information systems environment.
- Customer Service Leads IS to provide all customers with ever-improving support for their use of technology.
- Documentation Provides clear and concise written communication of work.
- Technical Maintains and develops information systems.
REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Education/discipline: Computer/Information Systems related. Experience - (5-7) years.
