Swab Rig Operator is responsible for operation of the swab rig, crew, and equipment and for ensuring customer satisfaction with all services rendered. Ensures that all crew are at the swab rig and ready to work at scheduled time. Being a Swab Rig Operator maintains productivity standards for all rig functions. Maintains a safe working environment and ensures compliance of applicable regulations and policies. Additionally, Swab Rig Operator may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. The Swab Rig Operator supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be a Swab Rig Operator typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the shuttle
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or questions
Skills:
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to drive safely and navigate various routes
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse passengers
- CDL A with Passenger Endoresement
- CDL B with Passenger Endoresement and Air Brake Endoresement
