SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR implements policies and procedures for the surveillance department. Ensures compliance with gaming requirements set by state gaming authority and local law enforcement. Being a SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises and evaluates surveillance employees. Safeguards the assets of the organization. Additionally, SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR reports improper activity or disturbances to security team for further investigation. May require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. The SURVEILLANCE SUPERVISOR supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision. It is the primary responsibility of the Surveillance Operator to protect the integrity of all Table Games, Slot Machines, Cashier Cage, Count Rooms, ATM/Kiosk areas, Point of Sales (POS), currency escorts, and other related gaming areas. The Surveillance Operator will observe, report, and maintain required video evidence in order to safeguard the Comanche Nation Entertainment from any fraudulent tort or prize claims.

Must be able to work in an enclosed are with cool temperatures and low lighting. Must be available to work any hours and/or shift, including nights, weekends, holidays and rotating shifts, as assigned and/or according to business needs. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility. Must be able to operate in a mentally and physically stressful environment.
The Surveillance Operator may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members. Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable on company’s policy.
