Job Description:

Advantage Investigations is seeking an Unmanned Surveillance Video Coordinator for our Operations Team in Kannapolis, NC. The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Unmanned Surveillance Department.

Responsibilities:

• Video Extraction – Extracting Video files from incoming media cards, uploading to the cloud
• Uploading & Downloading video for Review Support Team
• Coordinate with USP manager on case video priority level
• Review video documentation / Utilizing SmartTrack

Qualifications:
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Strong organizational skills and time management
• Creative thinker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented, ability to multitask
• Proficient computer skills
• Experience with Video Editing, Mojave Editor, Windows Media, VLC Player
• 3-5 years prior office/administrative experience and/or a degree in Criminal Justice – Preferred

Salary: $18/hour
