We are seeking a full-time SMT Operator (Surface-Mount Technology) to join our team at our Santa Clara, CA location. As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining surface-mount technology equipment, including pick-and-place machines, soldering machines, and reflow ovens. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely assembly of electronic components for our customers. This is an on-site role, and you will work closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to meet production targets and quality standards.

• Prior experience as an SMT Operator in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in operating pick-and-place machines, soldering machines, and reflow ovens
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for surface-mount technology assembly
• Familiarity with electronic components and their specifications
• Attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions and quality control processes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications and training in surface-mount technology assembly is a plus
