Virginia Mason Franciscan Health (VMFH) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Region Director for our Mission Control and Virtual Hospital teams. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with facility and service line executives across the region and contribute to the overall strategy for VMFH.

What You'll Do:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all aspects of Mission Control (MC) and Virtual Hospital (VH) at VMFH.
• Develop and implement initiatives that improve financial performance, maximize resource utilization, and enhance patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with other departments and service lines to ensure seamless care coordination across the VMFH continuum.
• Manage operations and capital budgets for assigned departments.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives to streamline processes and leverage system-wide synergies.
• Directly supervise subordinate management staff and foster a culture of excellence.
• Represent VMFH on system-wide teams and committees, and engage with external stakeholders.

What You’ve Accomplished:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible related work experience that would demonstrate attainment of the requisite job knowledge/abilities.
• Five years in a leadership/management capacity.  
• Work experience in an acute care setting is preferred.  
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
