Daily Responsibilities for Clinical Program Director :- Oversee all day-to-day operations of the PACE facility and supervise the entire team – Social Workers, PTs, OTs HH Aides , and Clinical and Admin staff
- Hands-on with community engagement events, promoting types of care offered in the home
- Participates in all quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities
- Serves as administrative on-call during non-operational hours of the physical sites
- This is 100% onsite
- Degree from a Nursing accredited school
- Active and clear RN license in Indiana or compact/multistate
- 5 years of healthcare administration experience
- 3 years of Management (Manager level and up) experience
- 1 year of experience working with the elderly
- Current active and unrestricted Drivers license and registration
- Medical, Dental, Vision
