Supply Chain Analyst jobs in Oregon

As the Supply Chain/Logistics Analyst you will support critical work across several strategic areas, specifically 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Management and Product Integrity Mitigation across APLA’s 15 distribution centers (DCs).

This is a fully onsite, 8-month contract position based in Beaverton, OR with a pay rate of $40.00-$43.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

3PL Management:

• Support the portfolio of 3PL DC contracts (warehousing/fulfillment).
• Maintain and develop real-time databases.
• Generate monthly reports on upcoming contractual obligations.
• Conduct quarterly strategic alignment sessions.
• Perform annual contract reviews with Territory DC Operations partners.
• Provide project support on expiring agreements, ensuring timely execution of contract renewals/extensions.
• Collaborate with Territory DC Operations, Geo Finance and Controlling, Legal, and Global Procurement.

Product Integrity Mitigation:

• Act as a primary Geo point of contact.
• Partner with Global Footwear & Apparel Product Integrity teams and Geo Marketplace Operations.
• Drive communication and messaging within the DC Operations network.
• Coordinate quality inspections/assessments.
• Track audit results and drive resolutions on product quality issues.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in Contract Portfolio Management or a similar discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in Quality Issue Management or a similar discipline.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency to drive work towards desired outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with meeting facilitation involving cross-functional and cross-Territory teams.
• Analytical, creative, and innovative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and during non-traditional hours.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced skills in Excel, Airtable, and Tableau.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $40.00-$43.80 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
