Being a Strategic Planning Analyst may be responsible for external corporate communications with industry analysts and the investment community. May also be responsible for recommending strategic alternatives and developing and maintaining operational plans. Additionally, Strategic Planning Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to project leader or manager. The Strategic Planning Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. The Senior Manager of Strategic Planning is a critical role to ensure well-defined company and department goals and objectives that ensure Parallel Wireless meets its strategic business mission and vision. What you'll do:- Oversee strategic planning, from annual planning to quarterly OKR definition and tracking, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
- Create, implement, and drive operating rhythms, relevant artifacts, and team events to enable better communications and engagement up down and across functions & teams; optimize cadences, drive agenda and prep for internal team rhythms, management/executive reviews.
- Support department heads with definition of Objectives and Key Results including the development of mechanisms for tracking and reporting relevant Key Results
- Ensure alignment across departmental efforts and or highlight where there may be gaps and or inadequate activities to achieve goals.
- Drive communication of company goals and quarterly objectives to all levels of the organization
- Provide analysis of key performance metrics to relay corporate strengths and weaknesses of the business model and strategy.
- Support quarterly corporate board package development.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to set strategies, solve complex problems, and think both analytically and critically.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- High Emotional Intelligence: Skilled in understanding and managing personal emotions and empathizing with others.
- Understanding of the Startup Ecosystem: Knowledge of funding stages, investor relations, and the competitive landscape in startups.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven ability in leading and managing projects, teams, and delivering results effectively.
- Adaptability and Agility: Comfort with change, ability to pivot strategies and operations in a dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in high-growth technology companies
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology required.
