Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care jobs in Pennsylvania
Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in a home care environment. Records patient histories, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient home care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Being a Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care performs examinations and prescribed procedures, operating and monitoring medical equipment as necessary. Observes patients' progress and records observations in patient medical records. Additionally, Staff Nurse - RN - Home Care promotes patients' independence by teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in nursing. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a valid state RN license. We have clients in the Carlisle, Shippensburg, Boiling Springs, and Mechanicsburg areas.
We are recruiting for a Weekend Warrior Night Nurse (Fri-Sat nights) to help a client who lives in Carlisle but attends Shippensburg University!
Available RN Shifts:- Morning, evening or overnight
- 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
- PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
- No weekend or minimum requirements
- Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
