We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airless Paint Sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with airless spray equipment and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality finishes. This role involves working on a variety of projects, ensuring efficient and precise application of paints and coatings.

Compensation is based on experience but starts at $25/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Operate airless paint spraying equipment to apply paint and coatings to various surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including masking, sanding, and cleaning
• Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications
• Ensure even and consistent application of paint, avoiding overspray and ensuring smooth finishes
• Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project requirements are met
• Complete projects within the specified timeframes and to the highest quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Airless Paint Sprayer
• Proficiency in using airless spray equipment and related tools
• Knowledge of various paints, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
