Spares Coordination Manager manages the delivery of spare parts and equipment, and scheduling of customer repairs. Negotiates delivery cost for the organization and the end cost to customer. Being a Spares Coordination Manager verifies terms and conditions of contracts are satisfactorily met. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, Spares Coordination Manager acts as advisor to spares coordination team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. The Spares Coordination Manager manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Spares Coordination Manager typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Job Summary
Responsible for leading and directing a team of clinical specialists under the direction of the Director, Case Management for T5 Clinical Operations. The Manager will lead and guide staff in providing integrated services to and for our beneficiaries. Responsible for applying specific guidelines and procedures to apply advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems. Collaboration with the Director, Case Management to develop care coordination program components to optimize care coordination strategies and goals, and develop and implement policies and procedures.
