Spa Manager manages the spa facility. Administers, plans, and evaluates programs for all age groups. Being a Spa Manager hires, trains, and monitors the performance of professional spa personnel. Additionally, Spa Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. - Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment
- Proficient in POS systems for scheduling appointments and processing payments
- Experience in retail sales within a spa or wellness setting
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong administrative skills for managing paperwork, reports, and budgets
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients
