Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Sommelier works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.     Certification in the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus, but not required. Proven, extensive knowledge of wine, beer and spirits is a must.

    • Two years comparable restaurant experience as a manager
