We are hiring a Director of Payments Product Engineering to help us scale our payments platform to support the next stage of Guild's growth.
We are looking for an experienced director who has a passion for building well-crafted B2B facing products and systems with an emphasis on multi-sided marketplace payment solutions. This role will lead the teams of engineers who build and maintain our payments platform. The platform applies payment policies to a variety of transactions between our partners and in service of our members. It provides rigorous accounting and reporting for all parties. The role will regularly work with a diverse group of partners; from peers in engineering, product, and design to leaders in the operations, marketing, student and partner management teams, and sales organizations. We are looking for a leader who is excited to direct multiple teams building solutions that serve Guild internal users and partners while taking into account inputs and needs of all of the different aspects of our marketplace and user personas.
