Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Social Services to join our team. As the Director of Social Services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our social services programs. This is a leadership role that requires strong administrative, program management, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social service programs to meet the needs of our clients
- Provide supervision and guidance to social services staff
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with community organizations and agencies to enhance services and resources
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social work

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, program development, and supervision
- Excellent program management abilities, with the capacity to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with staff, clients, and community partners
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Proficient in working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of social work ethics and principles

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in social services or a related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

Pay: $80,313.00 - $83,669.00 per year
