Job Description:
As an E-Commerce Sales Specialist / Social Media Manager at Rehobe, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through live auctions on camera and content creation on platforms like Whatnot, Instagram, TikTok, and others. You will work closely with our team to showcase our products and engage with potential buyers. Your primary duties will include conducting live auctions, creating compelling content, and ensuring prompt shipping of sold items. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and occasional changes based on show times.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live auctions which you will be on camera and engage with customers in real-time on various platforms.
• Create engaging and persuasive content to showcase products effectively.
• Ship sold items within 1 day of purchase to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proficiency in data entry to accurately track sales and inventory.
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently to achieve sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and hardworking attitude will be a requirement to successfully engage while on the LIVE shows.
• Product Knowledge in Beauty, Shoes and Apparel Categories.
• Previous experience in sales, is a plus but not necessary. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
