Additionally, the role entails participation in one in-person event per year, which may require extended hours and a weekend commitment to ensure the success of our promotional activities. While the position is primarily in-house to facilitate seamless coordination with our team, we understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to discussing limited work-from-home options after six months of employment, based on performance and business needs. This flexibility aims to accommodate individual preferences while maintaining our collective focus on achieving our company's goals.
