Stacie Social is looking to add a collaborative, creative, detail-oriented, and social media-obsessed Social Media Manager! As a leading and growing Social Media Marketing Agency in Augusta, GA, we are seeking someone with a strong focus on video editing, content creation, copywriting, and photography. As our Social Media Manager, you will manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms, such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, and Threads!

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect candidate for this position is responsible for crafting captivating graphic designs, engaging copy, and concise yet impactful short-form video content. To excel in this role, we seek a creative individual who values excellence and pays great attention to detail.

Day To Day

• Have a true passion for digital marketing
• Assist with graphic design needs for social media and email marketing
• Assist with creating fun content for Reels or TikTok
• Plan & design an aesthetically pleasing Instagram grid in no time
• Listen, respond, ask questions, and engage with our client's audiences
• Launch, grow, and manage channels where relevant ensuring milestones are set and met
• Execute social media publishing strategies ensuring that all posts are accurate, punctual, safe and on-brand
• Analyze campaign data to track performance and evaluate campaign ROI
• Assist and collaborate with the team in developing concepts and content calendars for clients
• Consistently create clear and compelling copy free of spelling, grammatical and formatting errors
• Adhere to the brand guidelines for each client
• Work on multiple client projects; meet assigned deadlines, and respond to email inquiries
• Participate in team meetings and complete ongoing training

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, social media, journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 years of marketing and social media experience
• Prior experience creating social media posts & graphics required
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as TikTok & Instagram; experience creating online content
