The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Slot Service Technician to join our team at GEM in Alsip, Illinois.

As a Slot Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring all video gaming technology machines are kept in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all GEM owned equipment is kept operational and in compliance with state regulations
• Develop working knowledge of gaming machine parts as well as equipment operation and repair
• Ensure all established policies and procedures are adhered to
• Apply conflict resolution regarding gaming equipment issues
• Work as an ambassador for GEM

Qualifications

• No high school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training required
• Must be comfortable securing, handling, and transporting large sums of currency
• Intermediate computer skills
• Maintain a valid driver's license and must be able to maintain appropriate gaming license in accordance with the State of Illinois Requirements
• General knowledge of gaming regulations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
