Approves jackpot and credit payouts and ensures that all appropriate forms are completed. Being a Slot Shift Manager Assistant confirms all slot equipment is functioning properly. Supervises all electronic gaming device personnel. Additionally, Slot Shift Manager Assistant ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. May require a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Slot Manager
Responsible for managing and coordinating activities of slot department workers to provide service to patrons. Provide excellent guest service. Handle and settle complaints of players. Verify and pay off jackpots. Reset slot machines after payoffs. Make repairs or adjustments to slot machines or recommend removal of slot machines for repair. Report hazards and enforce safety rules.
