Responsibilities And Duties
Managers run their store as if it belongs to them. Our Store Managers bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and managing a meeting place for our community-by monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards and ensuring protection of branded food requirements and assets. Our managers are front-of-house leaders, spending time on the floor to connect with partners, customers, coach in the moment and identify ways to drive results. You take action to make a positive difference every day, and you inspire others to do the same. The role provides the opportunity to develop your own team, hiring and welcoming new partners and future leaders for your store. Your job will be much more than a perfectly made beverage!
Qualifications And Skills- Minimum of 1 year as a Manager in a fast paced restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong skills in customer satisfaction, performance management, financial analysis and clear communication.
- Passionate about delivering high quality products in a clean, safe and professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible and open schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Basic food safety understanding and practice; ServSafe certified a plus
- Proven ability to run great shifts and coach 10 team members
- Proven ability to direct, motivate, and develop others in a fast-paced, friendly, environment
- The ability and willingness to bend, twist, and stand to perform regular job functions
- Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 40 lbs

- Working knowledge of P & L and hitting budgets
