Being a Slot Club Representative recognizes frequent guests as well as abusers of the program and informs supervisor. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Slot Club Representative typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Slot Club Representative may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Encourages new guests to become members of Players Club.
2. Enrolls new guests into Players Club.
3. Redeems points for Players Club members.
4. Makes point adjustments as necessary on a qualifying basis.
5. Issues casino complimentary items on a qualifying basis.
6. Walks the floor to promote those who do not have a Club card and assists customers in the correct usage.
7. Recognizes potential high end patrons and encourages them to join Club Wyandotte.
8. Communicates promotional, special events and point structure to all guests.
9. May assist marketing with the execution of promotions and events.
10. Adheres to the system of internal controls – policies and procedures.
11. Resolves inquiries and complaints from patrons.
12. Operates as an emergency Pull/Count Team member as required.
13. Performs additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
Education/Experience/Qualifications
Educational/Experience: High School diploma/GED. Customer service experience preferred.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Wyandotte Nation Gaming License.
