Showroom Manager - Casino jobs in Wisconsin

The Showroom Manager role is a fast-paced sales and operations role that will devote their time to the growth and enhancement of our premier showroom. Will be responsible for all aspects of showroom management including working with internal and external clients, product placement and organization as well as marketing and promotion to create a world-class experience that will foster long lasting relationships. 

Specific duties of the position include: 

• Maintaining and updating the showroom and all its relevant materials and products. Ensuring the showroom is always clean and tidy at all times.

• Arrangement and changing of showroom displays on a cyclical basis.

• Decoration and propping of displays to make them inviting for clients to visualize product within their own spaces. 

• Updating Showroom Materials and Tools including, signage, promotional advertisements, and other communication pieces. 

• Showroom product is tagged correctly, pricing is checked on a cyclical bases for any price increases. 

• Assist with client visits by ordering food and drink if necessary, organizing events, welcome, and cleanup. 

• Welcoming and guiding customers through our showroom as well as online which includes, but not limited to: 

1. Asking questions to gain more information on client needs and responding to questions which may include further research after the client’s visit.  
2. Demonstrating products and following up with additional material and requests. 
3. Promote and maintain outstanding communications and service levels to all customers, seeking to facilitate business. 
4. Be available for online communication with guests visiting our website. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both in person and through other 

means (email, telephone, etc.).  

• Facilitate customer requests for pricing, specifications, information, and other service requirements. This can involve providing quotes, determining gross profits, negotiating pricing and terms, cost/benefit analysis, reviewing finishes and options. 

• Account Management of clients to grow sales. Will be responsible for an account base and sales. This position is also eligible for commission in addition to salary.

• Outbound market campaigns to both prospective and current clients to promote current sales and product trends. 

• Email campaigning as needed to dormant accounts. 

Job Requirements  

• Bachelor’s degree or applicable job experience. 
• Two to three years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment. 
•  Showroom is open for customers Monday- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm 
• Proficient in Microsoft and Computer Technology with the willingness to learn new software technology, and programs utilized by the company.
