General Description: Professional Security Officer responsible for watching over client site in the Ayer, Littleton, Marlborough area. No experience needed and we will train you on each site you work. Part time can lead to full time in the future depending upon availability.

• Essential Functions:

Conducting foot patrols of sites regularly to maintain order and establish a presence

Conduct access control for foot traffic

Observe and Report

Secure all exits, doors, and windows during shift and at end of shift

Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify issues

Respond to alarms as required by clients

Submit daily activity reports using company-provided software

Provide a professional level of service to clients/customers

• Requirements:
• 18 years of age
• Pass a CORI(background check)
• Be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Excellent observation skills
• Familiarity with report writing
• Valid drivers license

Skills Preferred:

• Experience as a security guard and/or Military/Law Enforcement.
• Knowledge of legal guidance for area security and public safety
• Tech-savvy
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
• High School Diploma
• Expectations:

Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of time.

Must be able to conduct interior and exterior foot patrols.

Dependable and reliable attendance record.

Maintain a drug-free workplace.

Customer Service oriented

Excellent communication skills

Ability to make decisions with limited supervision

Work independently

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
