Description
SUMMARY
Security must provide effective patrol, strong community relations and professional communication to the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos.
In addition, other duties and responsibilities may be requested of you, which are not specified in your job duties, Facility Post Orders and SOPs;
the ability to react and accomplish tasks assigned, is a must.
1. Patrol (All officers must be able to work any assigned shift and be flexible to sudden changes in work schedule.)
a) Monitor and identify activities / situations that pose security or safety risks.
b) Ensure all rules, regulations, and law violation issues are resolved.
c) Provide crowd control when applicable.
d) Respond to all assigned security incidents and requests for service from the casino or requested by an outside entity.
e) Complete investigations of those incidents that rise to this level.
2. Community Relations
a) Meet and greet all members of our organization within assigned areas.
b) Inquire into the needs of guest, employees and other members of our organization.
c) Exceed the casino's customer service standard.
3. Communication
a) Clearly communicate with other officers, surveillance, operations, etc.
b) Effectively structure and write incident reports and other written documents.
c) Must use two way radio communication systems, routinely.
This classification is a safety sensitive position as defined by MCNC. As a safety sensitive classification, you will be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.

EDUCATION
High School Diploma
CLEET Security officer training or equivalent, preferred, not required.
EXPERIENCE
Customer service experience highly recommended.
Previous security and / or casino experience recommended.
Gaming License Must obtain and maintain gaming license.
