*** The job is on-site with a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not an option. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA or Cleveland OH or Dallas TX or Phoenix AZ or Birmingham AL


Scrum Master :


The role will be in collections project team. The project focuses on supporting collections default settlements, calls, exploring various collection options such as forgiveness and lower rates.

- Facilitate scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Board administration to ensure the sprint board is up to date and accurately reflects the current status.
- Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress.
- Manage all stakeholders and their expectations.
- Run release planning meetings and Program Increment (PI) planning meetings.
- Provide servant leadership while challenging the status quo to drive improvements.
- Coordinate and facilitate sprint activities for multiple crews
- Generate and report sprint metrics: Sprint Velocity, Burn down Chart, Defects Trend Chart, Objectives and Key Results (OKR) reports
- Tag fixed versions and generate release documentation (TSR, TSA) using JIRA.


Required Skills & Experience :

- Agile certifications like : CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), PMI-ACP (PMI Agile Certified Practitioner), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), etc
- Proficiency with JIRA for issue tracking and project management.
- Experience with VersionOne for agile project management.
- Knowledge of Confluence for collaboration and documentation.
- Ability to use Visio and PowerPoint for visualizing workflows and creating presentations.
