We are seeking an experienced and motivated Secondary School Principal to lead our High School (9-12 grades). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, implementing educational policies, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Implement school policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to staff and students.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment for students.
• Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, staff, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Evaluate staff performance.
• Develop curriculum plans and goals.

Understanding of and sensitivity to the cultural differences among students and their families, and an ability to create a school environment which responds, accepts, and respects the cultural differences among students.

· Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $120,000.00 per year
