SAP Basis Consultant jobs in South Carolina

SAP Basis Consultant provides technical support and leadership on SAP Basis systems including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation. Designs and develops SAP architecture requirements and specifications to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs. Being a SAP Basis Consultant requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a SAP Basis Consultant typically requires 10+ years of related experience. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously.     SAP FICO Job Description

    • Have 15 years of experience in SAP FICO and expertise in Blackline, Swift, Vertex & VIM.
    • Have expertise with SAP FI including AP, AR, GL, AA, and process knowledge of PTP, OTC, and intercompany and Intercompany trading scenarios (STO, direct shipment, 3rd party)
    • Have expertise in implementation and support of SAP Controlling - Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Close, Overhead assessment, and settlement.
    • Experience in FI integration points with other SAP modules like MM, PP and SD.
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements & Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
    • Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules & Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases and results.
    • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
    • Have worked working and front ending large client and onsite location.
