Sales Training Director oversees an organization's sales training programs to support an effective and motivated sales force. Conducts initial needs analysis to determine knowledge gaps and training needs. Being a Sales Training Director focuses on delivery and materials that provide effective, engaging, and results-driven training. Monitors participants' results and uses them to improve or enhance training and provide additional development programs. Additionally, Sales Training Director has strong knowledge and understanding of the organization's products, services, customers, competitors, and sales techniques. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Sales Training Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Sales Training Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Job Summary 
    • High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Recruiting team. This position involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking workouts and consultations, and selling all D1 products and services. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST-PACED SALES ENVIRONMENT. 
    Key Skills Required For the Position: 
    • SALES. You should be able to walk in on day one & close over 50% of the leads you sit down to meet with. 
    • LEADERSHIP. You should be a first-one-in, last-one-out leader. You should be able to hold staff accountable, & lead your team to business growth. (Must be a strong & confident leader who can handle the pressure of this big-time role.)

    Responsibilities  
    Serve as a key point of contact for members, with an emphasis on providing the D1 customer experience. Duties include:  
    • Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact 
    • Nurturing leads through the sales process. 
    • Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly. 
    • Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals. 
    • Assisting with member progress check-ins 
    • Setting up new memberships in the POS system 
    • Collecting and processing payments 
    • Providing front desk sales and information 
    • Assisting with special events 
    Qualifications 
    • Can out-sell anyone in the room & loves it 
    • Knowledge of gym and retail operations 
    • Positive and energetic personality with a “can do” attitude 
    • Must be proficient in technology applications
    • Must be a high-energy individual
    • Must have 1 years in sales 
    • Must have 1 years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
