We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support for our Industrial and Supplies line of products.

Job Description: The Inside Sales Support role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and providing exceptional service to our customers. This position involves working closely with the sales team to manage customer inquiries, process orders, and support various sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information on our Industrial and Supplies products.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare and distribute sales quotes, proposals, and other relevant documents.
• Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and other related documentation.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the industrial or electrical supply industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM/ERP systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
