The RGM Promotion Manager reports to the Sr. Manager, RGM Digital Commerce serving as the key business expert for promotional optimization within the local unit. This position drives development and deployment of strategic promotional framework and mechanics across the Pet Nutrition portfolio of brands & customers. As the leader of the promotional effectiveness center of excellence for the region, this role ensures improved strategic & tactical promotional capabilities, as well as market delivery support for category value and profit pool growth.

What are we looking for?

• Four-year college degree
• Experience which demonstrates advanced problem solving and analytic capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team environment
• 5-10 years working experience sales, finance, or analytics

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead development and deployment of US PN promotional optimization frameworks.
• Responsible for driving profitable growth through promotion analytics, accurate TPM system attribution, and trade spend.
• Co-pilot promotional ROI and trade spend analytics to drive efficient and effective spend at the customer level.
• Develop omnichannel promotional guidelines and partner with field teams to ensure execution.
• Manage the design and implementation of promotional guidelines to align with annual business planning process timeline.
• Assess promotional competitive landscape across accounts to deliver recommendations to enterprise stakeholders.
• Evolve, maintain, and track compliance of omnichannel promotional guidelines execution in partnership with RGM customer team managers.
• Prepare and deliver promotional scorecards to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage advanced analytics and advance the RGM promotional toolkit to drive insights and execution in the marketplace.
