Sales Manager manages the sales teams and supporting operations required to implement the organizational sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and accomplish financial objectives. Implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Sales Manager conducts long-term and short-term goal setting for teams and individuals and uses data to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Monitors the industry, business environment, competitors, and customers to develop action plans for expanding and retaining the customer base. Additionally, Sales Manager uses customer feedback and insights to collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and suggest new products. Builds and develops effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and training. Participates in meetings, presentations, and demos to support or close strategic or high-value sales. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Sales Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Sales Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Description De L'emploi

    • Vous gérez des comptes-clé pour les différentes gammes de produits tels que Sanytol
    • Vous développez une stratégie commerciale et initiez des actions
    • Vous négociez les accords annuels et conditions de vente avec les acheteurs des comptes-clé
    • Vous maintenez des relations durables avec vos clients et développez les ventes
    • Vous développez votre portefeuille client
    • Vous communiquez avec les délégués commerciaux sur le terrain afin de vous assurer que les accords conclus soient respectés
    • Vous suivez les tendances du marché
    • Vous rapportez au Country Manager


    Profil

    • Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou équivalent par expérience
    • Vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans ainsi qu'une première expérience en tant que KAM et dans la gestion des clients de la grande distribution
    • Une expérience dans les domaines du Household Care et/ou Personal Care est un plus
    • Vous parlez français et possédez un très bon niveau de néerlandais et d'anglais
    • Vous maitrisez MS Office
    • Vous êtes autonome, capable d'identifier des opportunités business, de négocier et êtes très orienté résultat
    • Vous possédez une bonne communication et un bon sens relationnel
