Develops and delivers technical product presentations used to engage customers and prospects and educate sales teams. Additionally, Sales Engineer requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Sales Engineer work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Reporting to the Director Product Engineering, the Test Engineer (f/m/d) is going to be a part of our global product engineering team and is expected to develop test processes and test programs for our power semiconductor products. About the Job: Development of test processes and test programs for high power semiconductor products Evaluate the feasibility of new product test requirements and production capability by use of statistical data analysis tools Definition and development of new test concepts together with development and product engineers to improve the test coverage and the test efficiency Implementation, validation and release of new test hardware and software in production Analysis of test process and product yield issues with techniques such as DMAIC, to achieve and maintain high yields Support of manufacturing by evaluation and disposition recommendations of low yield lots Investigation of test tool and process issues About You: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent technical experience. 2 years of experience with electrical test of semiconductor products (ideally power products) Experience in yield analysis and definition of yield improvement plans Experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodology is an advantage Computer literate, proficient with test software development tools Experience in problem analysis tools e.g., 8D, DMAIC, 3x5 Why or a Green belt is desirable Good written and oral communication skills in English Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
