Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through direct customer interactions. This role involves selling Fiber Internet services to residential customers.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and meet sales targets

- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress

- Demonstrate leadership in developing sales professionals.

- Implement effective leadership strategies to retain and grow sales team.

Skills:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably door-to-door sales.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools

- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals

- Excellent management skills to effectively manage sales team

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market dynamics and develop strategic plans for growth

- Business development expertise to identify new opportunities for revenue generation
